30 Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it. We offer free returns on all orders.

How to Start a Return

Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@mairaatelier.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellations

We are unable to cancel orders once placed. If you change your mind, please wait to receive your order and contact us to arrange a return.
