    I was apprehensive about the quality bit very much surprised. The bav is beautiful. Looks exactly as advertised & it is real leather. Im so inlove with this littlr bag. I will add that delivery took too long, i had to chase for an update but i mentioned im unhappy with the timeframe i did feel like action was taken. Totes Luxe should do their best to work on this aspect to ensure the entire journey is good as the bag is GREAT.
