    I am absolutely in love with my new grey Milan 25 bag. It holds so much, (see photo of contents minus my phone which also fits in). The bag has a nice supple leather feel.

    I had a few teething problems at first. I ordered a smaller bag which was not suitable which I returned and the advice and service I received from the Totes Luxe team led me to purchase the perfect bag.

    Their customer service is first class. I can't praise them enough.
