Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 working days of placement. Working days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
UK Delivery
All orders shipping to United Kingdom addresses are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked services.
- Delivery time: 1 to 3 working days after dispatch
- Tracking: A Royal Mail tracking number will be sent to your email address once dispatched
- Cost: Free on all orders
International Delivery
International orders are shipped worldwide. Delivery timeframes vary by destination.
- Delivery time: 5 to 10 working days after dispatch
- Duties and taxes: All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all import duties and taxes are covered by Maira Atelier. You will not be charged any additional fees on delivery.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email address once dispatched
- Cost: Free on all orders
Total Estimated Delivery Time
- United Kingdom: 4 to 8 working days (3 to 5 days processing + 1 to 3 days transit)
- International: 8 to 15 working days (3 to 5 days processing + 5 to 10 days transit)
