Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. Returns are free of charge. We provide a prepaid return label.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@mairaatelier.com or message us on WhatsApp at +44 7457 428 776. We will confirm eligibility and send a prepaid return label with return instructions.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

Items returned without meeting these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the eligibility conditions above, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@mairaatelier.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

1 Year Craftsmanship Warranty

All Maira Atelier bags come with a 1-year craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects in stitching, hardware, and construction. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or accidents. To make a warranty claim, contact info@mairaatelier.com with your order details and a description of the defect.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders immediately after placement. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. If you no longer want your order, please wait until it arrives and initiate a return using the process above.
