Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All tags and packaging must be intact

A final inspection will be carried out before approval
Items that don’t meet these conditions will be returned to the customer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be sent via tracked shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us right away at info@mairaatelier.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges
Need a different style or colour? The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Refund Processing
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll receive an email confirming approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
